Letters to the Next President

We see it all the time. People falling short of their full potential. Not only do they fall short, many of them finish their lives in shame and embarrassment because of a series of bad and selfish choices. Everyone from aspiring politcians, to athletes, promising business professionals, pastors, and everybody else in between are not immune from making these bad choices. What would make a person with so much potential give up so much for so little?
Many people in the Bible were blessed with power, riches, wisdom, and influence, the likes of which the world has never seen. Yet, as we read the final chapter of their lives in scripture, we must ask the question, "What Went Wrong"? What we fail to realize many times is that we become our own worst enemies when we don't recognize the small steps that lead to disaster.
Join us as we study the lives of Solomon, David, Hezekiah, and Saul in this four-part series.
