Letters to the Next President

One of the defining marks of this age is that the sovereign and supreme God of the universe has become weightless. That simply means that He is unimportant, unnoticeable, and taken for granted. The proof of this is everywhere. His truth and judgments are no longer awe-inspiring. He is no longer welcomed in the public discourse. As a result, we seem to have lost our way. If the problem could be relegated to just the secular society, it would be astonishing enough. But alas! It has invaded churches, pulpits, and Christians across America.
Throughout history, we can see that national problems many times are the direct result of problems in our churches. The greatest sin of this age is preachers, churches, and Christians presenting God as something less that He really is as He is revealed in the Bible.
In this current message series, Pastor Ron McCurry will demonstrate from scripture that God has a passion to be known as the only sovereign and supreme God. Everything He does is designed to show forth His glory. He must be recognized and acknowledged as a God of overwhelming greatest. To present Him as anything less is blaspheme His name and honor.
