January 22, 2010 will mark the 37th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade. This infamous Supreme Court decision forever changed the very fabric of America. Since that time, tens of millions of innocent lives have been tragically lost at the expense of "a women's right to choose". Think about it! More than 5000 lives are lost every single day in America to abortion. Abortion has never solved the problem of unwanted children. It never will. Killing will never be a solution. According to scripture, there is another way. James 1:27 provides that way. Simply put, helpless children are a great concern to Jesus Christ. James explains to us that "true religion" always results in compassion to others who cannot help themselves and personal purity of one's own life. True religion includes both.
